Beautifully furnished 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom single storey executive villa situated in the quiet, peaceful location of Indian Creek, next to Formosa Gardens Estates and only 5 minutes from the Disney World attractions. Close enough for you to return in the afternoon for a rest/swim before heading back for the evening fireworks and ideal for a magical Disney vacation.
This beautifully furnished fully air conditioned 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa which can sleep 13 people plus an infant, contains 2 king master bedrooms with en suite facilities and direct access to the pool/lanai. A further king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a twin Mickey and Minnie Disney themed bedroom featuring a Disney TV, DVD player and Playstation 2 and a Winnie the Pooh themed bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed, Disney TV and DVD player. Multi channel Cable TV's and DVD players in all bedrooms.
The large lounge area has volume ceilings, ceramic tiled flooring and contains: 3 sumptuous reclining leather sofas to relax in after a long day at the parks, a large screen (57") TV with full cable package including Showtime and HBO, Home Theatre System and a large selection of DVD’s (over 50) for your entertainment. This room overlooks the pool area through large sliding patio doors and at the top end of this room there is a formal dining area.
The villa is fully licensed and is professionally maintained to a very high standard by our excellent, locally based management company.

The large screened 30' x 18' pool and spa boasts a large patio area and covered lanai containing a large oval table, luxury chairs and sun loungers, ideal for a sunshine breakfast or evening dining. The heated spa is ideal for relaxing in with a cool drink at the end of a long day. All doors leading to the pool area are fitted with alarms to prevent children gaining access to the pool area when not accompanied by an adult.
The extensively equipped Games Room features a full sized slated Pool Table, Air Hockey Machine, Electronic Basketball Shootout and a Roll-a-Score Arcade game. There is also a Playstation 2 and a selection of games. 57" TV with Home Theatre System and a large selection of DVD's to suit all ages. PC, printer and Wi Fi enabled full free internet access.
Children will be thrilled with the choice of two Disney themed bedrooms containing Disney TV’s and DVD players. Two cots with bedding, high chair, buggy and baby monitors. Safety bars for bed. Toys, games and pool toys.
